TrustLine Tradelines
Terms of Service
The agreement between you and TrustLine Tradelines. Written to match what the platform actually does — nothing here promises more, or asks you to accept less, than the product itself shows.
Last updated September 24, 2026
1. What the platform is
TrustLine Tradelines operates a catalogue of established credit accounts (“tradelines”) whose primary holders offer authorized-user positions (“seats”), together with related services: card-credential custody, physical card shipment, transfers, business funding referrals, and credit-file dispute support. Every figure shown in the catalogue — limits, opening dates, statement days, prices — is the account’s recorded one.
2. What an authorized-user seat is — and is not
- A seat files you with the issuing bank as an authorized user on an account that belongs to its primary holder. The account, the credit line and any card issued on it remain the property of the primary holder and the issuer at all times.
- You are not liable to the issuer for the account's balance, and you cannot close, modify or encumber the account.
- Whether, when and how an issuer or a credit bureau reflects the account on your file is decided by that issuer and that bureau, not by us. We record and show you what the account itself reports each cycle.
- We make no representation about credit scores. No number on this platform is a credit score, and nothing we sell is a promise that any score will change.
3. Your account and your information
You must provide accurate information — including your full legal name, which issuers require to file an authorized user. You are responsible for the security of your password and for activity under your session. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform; suspension and reactivation are recorded in the audit log like every other administrative act.
4. Requests, review and human decisions
Seat requests, transfer requests, funding applications and repair enrollments are requests, not purchases: each is reviewed and actioned by an administrator, and nothing is treated as done until a person records that it happened. You are notified of decisions by email, and the same history is visible from your dashboard.
5. Prices, fees and payment
Seat prices are stated per reporting cycle on each listing. Transfer fees are stated before you submit a transfer. Prices in effect when a request is approved are the prices that apply; changes to catalogue pricing never rewrite an existing agreement. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refunds & Cancellation policy.
6. Cards and transfers
- Card credentials are held encrypted and released deliberately by an administrator. Access may be time-boxed to the reporting window and ends with your seat.
- Physical cards remain the issuer's property, are shipped to the address you provide, and are subject to the return terms shown on your card page.
- Transfers are drawn against the cleared headroom of your seat, move only to a linked bank account or credit card in your own name, and settle when the administrator records settlement.
7. Credit-file disputes (repair)
Our repair plans organise the exercise of rights you already have: under the Fair Credit Reporting Act you may dispute inaccurate information on your own file, for free, without us. What a plan buys is the organisation — prepared letters, tracked deadlines, and a recorded outcome for every round, including the rounds where a bureau verifies an item and it stays. Accurate negative information cannot be removed by us or by anyone else, and we will never tell you otherwise. See the Disclosures page.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not provide another person's identity or documents as your own.
- Do not use a seat, card or transfer in connection with unlawful activity.
- Do not probe, scrape or interfere with the platform, other members' data, or the card vault.
We may refuse, reverse or unwind any request that appears to violate these terms, and will record the reason where the affected member can see it.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The platform is provided as described, without warranties beyond those stated here. We are not a bank, a lender, a credit bureau or an issuer, and we do not control their decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date above changes with them, and material changes are announced to members by email before they take effect. Questions go to the support channels listed on the platform.
